Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using React Native or Flutter.
- Integrate native device features: Push Notifications (FCM), Geolocation/GPS, Camera, Bluetooth, and Storage.
- Build offline-first synchronization using local databases (SQLite / Realm / WatermelonDB).
- Optimize app bundle size, startup time, frame rates, and memory consumption.
- Handle app publishing, code signing, and release cycles on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to consume APIs seamlessly.
Technical Requirements (Core Skills)
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience building mobile apps in React Native or Flutter.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript / Dart and component lifecycle.
- Experience managing complex mobile state using Redux, MobX, Provider, or Bloc.
- Familiarity with debugging native bridges, CocoaPods, Android Gradle builds, and permissions.
- Understanding of mobile UX conventions (Material Design & Cupertino guidelines).
- Experience testing apps on multiple physical devices and emulators.
Good to Have (Preferred)
- Published apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Experience with Google Maps SDK, geolocation tracking, and battery optimization.
- Experience with CodePush or OTA update mechanisms.
