Key Responsibilities
- Develop features and bug fixes across web frontend and backend under guidance of senior engineers.
- Write clean, readable, and well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript code following team style guidelines.
- Learn and implement database design, SQL querying, and RESTful API consumption.
- Participate in daily engineering standups, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
- Write unit tests and verify your code across development, staging, and production environments.
- Proactively learn new frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Technical Requirements (Core Skills)
- 0 to 2 years of coding experience (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA graduates with strong projects and internships welcome).
- Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and DBMS.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and basic React or Node.js.
- Familiarity with SQL queries, relational database concepts, and basic Git commands.
- High curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have (Preferred)
- Active LeetCode / HackerRank / CodeChef profile showing consistency in problem solving.
- Completed internships in software development or web engineering.
- Personal web apps or open-source projects hosted on GitHub.
