Role Overview
Automate cloud infrastructure on AWS, build robust CI/CD deployment pipelines, manage containerized microservices with Docker, and maintain 99.9% application uptime.
As a DevOps Associate at WorkSaar, you will manage production cloud environments for web, mobile, and AI platforms. You will write automated GitHub Actions workflows, implement security hardening, set up real-time monitoring and alerting, and streamline continuous delivery for our engineering squads.

Key Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and manage cloud resources on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, CloudFront, Route 53).
- Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing and zero-downtime deployment.
- Containerize multi-tier web applications and microservices using Docker and Docker Compose.
- Configure Nginx reverse proxies, SSL certificates (Let's Encrypt), CORS, and security firewalls.
- Set up monitoring, centralized logging, and alerting systems (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).
- Conduct regular database backups, automated disaster recovery testing, and security audits.
Technical Requirements (Core Skills)
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or systems administration.
- Strong command over Linux OS (Ubuntu / Debian), shell scripting (Bash), and networking basics.
- Proficiency with Docker container creation, multi-stage builds, and container management.
- Experience setting up CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Hands-on familiarity with core AWS cloud services and security groups.
- Good understanding of web security, SSL/TLS, SSH key management, and DNS configuration.
Good to Have (Preferred)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or SysOps certification.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) or Docker Swarm basics.
